Albany is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Albany follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I’ve been a patient within the Community Care system for quite a few years now, and the last 2 or 3 visits I’ve had have ended with me being informed my doctor is leaving and I’ll be seeing a new one next time I come in. When I booked my most recent appointment, I was informed that I would be seeing Dr. Bower as my new primary. I showed up for my appointment and checked in, paid my copay, and was told that someone would be out to get me soon. When someone finally came to get me, who I assume was a nurse or PA, she seemed unhappy and annoyed by me being there. While she walked me back to the rooms, she asked about my appointment and I informed her i was there to speak to a doctor about a DMV tint exemption form and to possibly look into a medication for my chronic migraines and photosensitivity. I informed her that I had forgotten the form I needed and would able to fax it over when I got home. The response I received was β€œWell what do you expect us to do if you didn’t bring the form?” with a really nasty attitude that caught me off guard. Eventually I was put in a room and told Dr. Bower would be in soon. While I was waiting I could hear who I assume was Dr. Bower and the woman t

After 17 years started with dr. Haber - moved to colonie - few of my providers left and i ended with a letter of discharge from a provider dr. Berman that i have never ever met stating β€œNo show β€œis the reason. 1. She was never my provider- she filled my med when i called the nurse line few times. 2. She says in a letter i received today 7.13.26 that i am discharged from her as a provider due to No Show - that’s not true . I am recovering from breast cancer and as i have oncology tests mammograms radiation side effect i had to cancel few appt. But i made sure i called and got a new day and time. There was one rude receptionist that said as i called -you cant make any new appt you cancelled few. I no longer feel cared medically at this medical center and when you receive a letter in the mail using the β€œNO SHOW β€œ discharge with 30 days notice to look for new provider you know they really don't care about you . .

I don't care for this place and really need to start looking for another place to receive care. For some reason when you call for a refill for medications, they have it where it can take up to 3 days to get it called into the system. Everytime I have had a refill it takes 3-5 days. I don't know how the behind the scenes work but I would think it would take a phone call to the pharmacy and tell them to refill xyz medication and can be done by the end of the same day. So I have to really plan ahead of time and usually don't have my medication for a few days which is just wonderful. And there is this one woman that works there is short with you and isn't very helpful and likes to add in extra comments when not needed but 10 percent of the time you can catch her on a good day maybe.

I’ve been a patient with the Community Care Physicians Family Practice for approximately 10 years. I had been under the care of Dr. Eugene Haber and then Dr. Carolyn Eaton. They provided good medical care, were compassionate and engaged in active listening that built a relationship of mutual respect and trust that they genuinely cared about my well-being. When either one of them were attending to my visit and then were pulled out of the exam room to address a situation, they returned to complete the exam. Their approach was accommodating and genuinely patient-centered. After Dr. Eaton retired, I was transition to her replacement Dr. Bellamy. I had my first visit with Dr. Bellamy on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 9:00 am for my yearly physical and after that visit I no longer want her as a doctor. I was unheard and dismissed, which erodes trust that she genuinely cares about my well-being. Dr. Bellamy knew I was still in the examination room awaiting her return to ask two final health-related questions. She knew because my exam was not over; it was interrupted, so she could answer a phone call from another doctor. She never returned and my questions went unheard by Dr. Bellamy; dismis

Ive been at this office for about 6 years now and my provider is leaving the office. They apparently cannot allow us to stay at the practice and instead are telling us to go to practices 45 minutes + away which I cannot do because I do not have a car. They called me today to ask me to hurry up and find a new doctor so they can close out her file or something? When I previously had issues affording ubers to the doctor they supposedly put in a referral for medical transportation but it was for food stamps and I don't need or qualify for food stamps so they tried to offer the same thing again which will not help me. It's just a very disappointing situation and the way they are handling the patients is very unfortunate I would not recommend this office especially if you are looking for long term care and need medication management or chronic illnesses like I do.
